Road Safety Advisory Council volunteers provided 4182 voluntarily breath tests today at the Falls festival. A Road Safety Advisory Council spokesperson said 2188 tests were done at the RSAC tent and 1994 at information stations throughout the festival site. Some patrons might have had more than one test. The number of tests this year was 35 percent of the 12,100 patrons, up on last year’s test total of 3344 – about 26 percent of the crowd of 13,000. Read more.
